Welcome to the hood... where a bigger boat can't help you. A brutal monsoon floods Los Angeles, sending a swarm of bloodthirsty sharks through the streets of Compton. With the waters and body count rising, a ragtag crew of cops, criminals and locals must band together and fight to the death before the hood is eaten alive.
