Safari (2016) is a documentary that observes European tourists participating in trophy hunting in Africa. Using a detached, observational style, the film shows the preparation, killing of animals, and the hunters' reactions, without explicit commentary. By presenting hunting as leisure, Safari confronts viewers with the banality of violence and raises unsettling questions about human attitudes toward nature, death, and domination.
