In a small provincial town, completely taken over by corrupt authorities and a mafia clan, an employee of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was sent on a secret mission with the task of identifying channels for the illegal circulation of currency and drug trafficking. Both the mafia and the "city fathers" are trying by all means to identify the agent, but he is merciless and elusive.
