A young village boy Vasya Kurolesov comes to the city market to buy piglets, but he turns out to be deceived by a certain guy with a black mustache (Kurochkin), who instead of piglets gives him a bag with a dog. Arriving home, Vasya notices that the bag smells of honey, and finds a bee in the dog's ear.
